What makes Couture Crowns hair different?

Couture Crowns offers carefully selected Raw & Virgin Human Hair chosen for quality, softness, natural movement, and long-lasting beauty. Each collection is clearly identified by hair type, texture, and origin so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Is your hair 100% raw?

Not all Couture Crowns hair is Raw Hair. We offer both Raw and Virgin Human Hair collections.

Our Raw Hair is minimally processed and selected for its natural texture, intact cuticles, and longevity. Our Virgin Hair collections are premium-quality human hair that may undergo controlled processing to achieve specific textures.

Each product is clearly labeled as Raw or Virgin within its individual product description.

Can the hair be colored or heat styled?

Yes. Both Raw and Virgin Human Hair can generally be heat styled and professionally colored; however, results may vary depending on the collection, texture, and previous processing.

For bleaching, major color changes, or chemical services, we recommend consulting a licensed professional and performing a strand test first to help preserve the integrity of the hair.

How long does the hair last?

Longevity depends on the hair collection, maintenance, styling habits, and frequency of wear.

Our premium hair is selected for long-lasting use and may be reused for years with proper care. Raw Hair generally provides the greatest longevity, while Virgin Hair longevity may vary depending on processing and maintenance.

To help preserve your hair:

Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
Deep condition regularly
Limit excessive heat
Use heat protectant when styling
Detangle gently from ends to roots
Store the hair properly when not in use
Have major coloring or chemical services performed by a professional

How many bundles do I need?

20–24 inches: 2–3 bundles

26–30 inches: 3–4 bundles

For longer lengths, fuller installs, or added density, we recommend purchasing an additional bundle.

What textures do you currently offer?

Our current available Raw Hair textures include:

Raw Vietnamese Straight
Raw Vietnamese Natural Wavy

Additional Raw and Virgin Hair textures and origins will be introduced as they are carefully sourced, tested, and approved to meet the Couture Standard.

Are your products available for preorder?

Yes. Couture Crowns products are primarily offered through preorder so each order can be sourced specifically for your selected length, texture, and product type.

Availability may vary by collection.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing and shipping unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue according to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
