Preorders

Many Couture Crowns products are offered through preorder. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated 7–14 business day processing timeframe before shipment.

Shipping

Shipping times begin after order processing is complete. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Couture Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
