Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extensions, closures, frontals, wigs, or other hair products once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email CoutureCrownsCollection@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed to be canceled.
