Order Processing

All Couture Crowns products are available through preorder to ensure each order is sourced fresh and meets our quality standards.

Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $250 or more.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, Couture Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Couture Crowns is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Couture Crowns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing any available shipping information.
